What are Events? How to use?

You can schedule reminders of things you want to do for your clients after interacting with them. Like reminding them to invest in ELSS for the current financial year, uploading mandate, etc.
On the client panel, click on the + icon to add a new event in the events section.
On the Add Event tab enter the Subject, Remarks and Due Date then Assign the person for the event.
You can also modify, close, or add a follow-up event.
Event Page
A list of all upcoming events (in the next 3 days) across all clients will be available on the home page of the dashboard as shown below to give you a calendar-like view.
On the Partner Dashboard, click on View all on the pending events section.
Events, where you have crossed the deadline, will appear in red. Events due in the next 24 hours will appear in yellow.
All notifications that you have enabled will appear under the Events section. Read more about enabling notifications here -> Click here
