Please note

  • The client should have submitted the activation details. Read more about activation here -> Activation

  • After the client completes the process, it will take 15-20 working days for verification and activation.


Step 1: The client receives the form and instructions

After submitting the activation, if the system finds that the client needs to do KYC offline, he/she will automatically receive an email with the form and instructions.


Or if you are wishing to resend the form and instructions, you can do the same by going to Client Panel -> Home -> Emails -> KYC Offline Procedure.


We have also attached KYC Form at the end of the article for your reference.

Step 2: The client has to print and fill in the forms.

The following instructions are present in the email:

  • Attach a passport-size photograph and sign across the photograph or sign below the photograph. 

  • Section 1: Identity Details - needs to be filled

  • Section 3: Proof of Address - needs to be filled

    • Ensure that the address which is being filled in should matches the proof of address attached.

    • If the Correspondence address (section 3.2) is the same as the Current/Permanent address (section 3.1) you can write the same as above in the Correspondence address.

    • If the Current/Permanent address (section 3.1) and Correspondence address (section 3.2) are different then you have to attach proof for both.

  • Section 4: Email ID and Mobile number need to be filed

  • Section 5: FATCA/CRS Information (Only for NRE/NRO account holders)

  • Section 8: Date, Place, Signature of Applicant

  • Self-attested PAN card copy

  • Self-attested Address proof copy (DL/Aadhaar card/Passport/voter ID) - (for both permanent and correspondence addresses)


Step 3: Courier the forms

Step 4: Verification by KYC agency

After we receive the documents, we will send them to the KYC Agency (KRA) for processing. The verification process takes up to 15-20 working days. The client's account activation will be approved after successful KYC.
