The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a set of tools that help you give quick and timely service to your clients


You can access these feature by opening Client Panel -> Profile -> CRM

You can tag Priority of the client and also set a Status (like Prospective Client, Tax Saving, etc.)


Besides tagging, you also have the following tabs:


  1. Notes

    Set calendar reminders for time-based events. For more info -> Click here

  3. Email
    Send templated emails for different kinds of instructions or procedures to the client. For more info -> Click here

  4. Alarms
    You can set up alarms on the client's investments and get a CRM Event whenever the alarm is triggered. For example, you can set an alarm that says remind me when the investment in an Equity fund is outside exit load. For more info -> Click here

  5. Logs
    Logging of various client account-related events.
