The Partner Dashboard helps you to manage all your clients, initiate transactions, generate reports and track your business. This is equivalent to back-office software for the platform.
Home Page
Enter the credentials given in the email ID and log in to the partner dashboard, below is the attached screenshot which will reflected once logged in to the partner dashboard.
On the left side, you will see the list of all your clients. You can get the client details by searching them by name, phone number, PAN, email, etc. After you got the client, you can click on the client code to open the Client Panel.

The client panel has all the details of the client from the name, PAN number, and bank account details to the investment summary.
Home: The complete client's profile can be viewed in this section
Cart: Shows all the schemes added for completing the investment.
Pending: Shows the list of all pending / approved items done from the client's end.
Orders: Shows the list of all transactions history processed from the client's end.
Holdings: Shows the list of complete portfolios which the client is currently holding.
SIP/STP/SWP: This shows all the registered SIP/STP/SWP the client is currently having.
Mandates: Shows the list of all mandates ( both paper & net banking ) which are created for the client.
Documents: This page shows all the details of the client such as PAN, tax status, personal details, Address, and bank account details.
NPS: This section gives access to view the portfolio of the client and also all the transaction history of NPS.
Logs: This section shows all the history of operational processes done for the client like signup, account activation, mandate under process/approved, lumpsum investments, SIP registrations/cancellations, etc.,
QUICK ACTION
Chat with Clients: This section gives access to easily chat and communicate the required information
with the clients.
Instant KYC: This section gives access to send the M-Aadhaar KYC link to the client via Live chat/Email
Add goals for the Client: This section gives access to add multiple financial goals for the client as per the requirement.
Initiate Transaction: This is the section where all the financial transactions can be initiated such as Lumpsum, SIP, STP, SWP, Switch, and Redemption for the client. However, the transactions can be processed after getting the confirmation from the client's end only.
Generate Mandate: This section helps in creating mandates for the client (both paper & net banking mandates).
Generate reports: This is the section where all the reports are generated such as:
1. Client Reports: Portfolio Report, Family Report, Capital Gains
Report, Consolidated Account Statement (CAS), Portfolio Proposal Report, Journey Report, Transaction Report.
2. Business Reports: User Report, Investor Report, Successful Transaction Report, Direct Plan AUM Report, AUM Report, SIP Report, SIP Expiry Report, SIP opportunity Report, SWP Report, STP Report, Aadhaar PAN link Report, RTA Feed AUM Report, AUM Detailed Report, SIP Detailed Report, Brokerage structure User Screener, Regulatory Validation Report and Brokerage report.
3. Research Reports: Scheme Returns Report, Scheme Factsheet, Fund Analysis Reports.
Assign status: This section gives access to assign/map the client's account to your respective sub-brokers.
View documents: This section gives access to view all the information related to the client such as PAN card details, Personal details, Address details, and Bank account details.
Settings
This section gives access to customize the branding, change passwords, track the sub-brokers, change multiple settings for the client app, and import external investments using RTA integration.
Branding: Adding a title, tagline, and customization of any Logo or profile Banner can be done in this section.
My Team: This is the section where the sub-brokers are added or managed.
RTA Integration: The RTA Integration is an important and powerful tool for all partners, it not only gives all details of the investors but also can help to track investments on a real-time basis and holistically manage the portfolio.
Client App Settings:
This section gives the access to enable/disable certain features on the client app.
Change Password
Here the password can be changed for logging into the dashboard, by entering the old password, then entering the new password, and re-entering the new password
Profile Section -
The partner can change the profile picture, view the broker code & the date of empanelment.
This feature will help the partners to view their details such as personal details, branding details, bank details, nominee details, and AMFI details.
