Users are where you can view all your clients in one place. You can also filter your list of clients based on general information like area, gender, age, investments, etc.


Use Cases

  1. Find clients who have exposure to a certain fund/funds
  2. Find clients who have a particular asset allocation range
  3. Find clients who have low return/high returns


You can access this feature by opening Menu -> Users.

You can click on Show all filters to see the advanced filter options to target the right set of investors.

Detailed view on each section of the filter 

  1. User Profile - these filter details are generally the information that is available under the Profile tab. The drop-down has multiple select options. Signup date and last seen filters accept a range of values (Check the Tips section below to know how you can enter those values). 
    • Activation Status refers to current account status for example SIGNUP, SUBMITTED, ACCEPTED  REJECTED
    • Assignment - by default your name will be selected (Useful if you have brokers under you).
    • Status - refers to the status available under CRM -> Status 
    • Priority - denoted by yes or no.
    • Risk Score - risk appetite of the client ranging from 1 - 5, 1 being low, and 5 being high.
    • Equity Allocation - If invested how much equity allocation 
    • Language - preferred languages opted by the client
    • Signup Date - client when they signup on AssetPlus platform
    • Last seen - client last opened the AssetPlus app/website.
  2. Activation Details - these filter details are the information that is available once the investor's account is activated for investing via the AssetPlus platform.
    • Activation Date - date on which the client's account was activated
    • KYC status - current status of KYC
    • City - city as the per the client's address
    • State - state as the per the client's address
    • Occupation - the occupation of the client
    • Income Slab - tax slab of the client
    • Marital Status - the marital status of the client at the time of activation
    • Gender - Gender of the client
    • Age - age of the client
  3. Internal Portfolio - you can filter investors who have already invested via the AssetPlus platform. "Portfolio amount" and "XIRR" takes a range of value. You can select a scheme by going to the "Search Scheme" and searching for the scheme and it will be made available under the "Selected Schemes" input where you can select/unselect.
    • Portfolio Amount - valuation of the portfolio example - 25000 or 25000, 100000
    • XIRR (%) - XIRR of the portfolio example - 12 or 10, 12
    • Equity allocation (%) - equity allocation of the portfolio example - 57 or 60, 80
    • Duration (months) - for how long the client has been investing example - 57 or 60, 80
    • XIRR Duration (months) - example - 57 or 60, 80
    • SIP amount - active SIPs amount example - 4000 or 2000, 10000
    • Scheme Categories - fund category example - Equity, Debt, Hybrid, etc.
    • Scheme Sub Categories - fund subcategory example - Gilt, Ultra Short, ELSS, Large Cap, etc
    • Selected schemes - select the fund/funds which the clients will have in their portfolio from search scheme input option 
  4. External Portfolio - you can filter investors who have investments outside the AssetPlus platform.
    • Same filters as above but for External Investment

TIPS

  1. Multiple options can be selected in the drop-down.
  2. Dates can be written in wordings or DD/MM/YYYY format. Example: last 10 days or 11/05/2017
  3. From and To will be separated by "," keyword. Example: last 10 days, today or 11/05/2019, today
  4. Preview of From and To dates will be shown below the input box.
  5. Click on the Submit button to get the target investors from your entered filter options.
  6. Click on the Download CSV button to download the filtered list in excel format.
  7. Investment-related details will appear in the results only if you fill any filter option under Internal portfolio or External Portfolio or both.
