- Eligibility: The client should not have any KYC already. If the client has eKYC or Old KYC, online KYC is not allowed and the client can only do offline KYC process.
- After the client completes the process, it will take 1-2 working days for verification and activation
Step 1: The client receives M-AADHAR KYC Link in the live chat. Once the client clicks on the link it will take to the below page where the client needs to enter PAN, Phone number, and Email ID and click on Proceed
Step 2: The client will be taken to the Terms and Conditions page where he/she must read and click on OK
Step 3: The client will be redirected to the below page where it shows the required documents to complete the KYC and then the client needs to click on the check box and then click on the I have these continue button to proceed further.
Step 4: The client needs to enter the Aadhaar number, mobile number (as per Aadhaar), and Email id. The OTP will be sent to the registered Aadhar-linked mobile number and the Email ID entered before.
Step 5: The client needs to enter Mobile OTP and Email OTP and click on Next to proceed further.
Step 6: The client needs to upload the PAN card image for Proof of Identity, after uploading the PAN card, the details will be auto-fetched.
Note: The image should be jpeg, jpg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .pdf format
Step 7: The client will be redirected to the below page and the client needs to log in to the Aadhaar Website, https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/, the client needs to enter the Aadhaar number, enter the CAPTACHA code and the client will receive an OTP in their registered mobile number and the client needs to download the Offline eKYC, enter the 4 digit passcode and upload the document with the passcode.
Step 8: Once the Aadhar Document is verified, the client needs to click on OK to check the fetched data and then click on Next to proceed further.
Step 9: The client needs to fill in additional details such as Gender, Occupation type, Residential status, Marital status, and Mother's name, as shown in the below image
Step 10: The client needs to upload a canceled cheque leaf or passbook and click on the Next
Step 11: The client needs to do the signature, it can be either signed directly on the screen or signature can be uploaded on plain paper.
Step 12: All the data entered will be shown on the preview and confirm page, the client needs to check the details and click on e-sign & submit, the client then can download the filled form and click on "I agree".
Step 13: The client is redirected to the NSDL site, the checkbox needs to be marked and then the client needs to click on send OTP. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, the client needs to enter the OTP and click on verify OTP.
Step 14: The client will receive a notification that the KYC is under process as shown in the below image.
After the client submits the details, the KYC Agency (KRA) will verify all the details. If all the documents are correct, KYC will be completed within 1-2 working days. If some documents are incorrect, the client will receive a new KYC link to repeat the process.
Once the KYC process is completed, the client will receive an link to their registered email/mobile number from the CAMS KRA which the client must validate before 24 hours so that the KYC registration is successful, in case if the client misses to validate the link the KYC will be put "ON HOLD", in such cases the client can either proceed with an offline KYC or drop an email from their registered email to enq_kyc@cmaskra.com so that the CAMS Team will check and update the status of the KYC.
