Click on Home Page, Products (NPS) & Select Start NPS
Add Client & Click on Create Transaction

For the 1st time investor, who does not have a PRAN, select option No(First time NPS investor) and click on Create Order to proceed further

Enter the Full Name, Email ID & Mobile number, select the Applicant Type and click on the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and click on Continue and proceed further

Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number and click on Verify OTP

Enter the personal details and click on Save and proceed.
Step 6
Click on Online Aadhaar, and enter the OTP number which will be sent to the registered mobile number linked with Aadhaar

Enter the Aadhaar number, click on Next

Enter the OTP code, which will be sent to the number linked with Aadhaar

Click on Allow to give access.

Cross-verify the entered details fetched from the e-Aadhar data and click on Save and Proceed.

Verify the FATCA/CRS declaration and click on Save and Proceed

Select the Account Type and click on Save and Proceed
Account type can be selected as Tier I or both Tier I & Tier II as an option

Enter the Bank account details, and click on Save and Proceed
Different bank account details can be added specifically to Tier 1 and Tier 2 type

Enter the Nominee details and click on Save and Proceed
Maximum 3 nominees can be added

Enter the Scheme details, either Active or Auto need to be selected
For the Active option, please select the allocation percentage for each asset.
If the client is going for the Auto option, please select one of the types of lifecycle fund the client wish to invest

Upload the documents as shown on the screen and then click on Save &Proceed

Enter the PRAN Kit selection and click on Save and Proceed

Cross-verify all the details entered and click on Confirm
Step 19
An OTP will be sent to the registered Email ID, enter the code and click on submit.

Payment details will be shown on this page, click on Save and Proceed

The payments can be done through Internet banking/UPI/Credit or Debit card.

Once the payment is successfully debited, please wait for two working days. In case the order gets failed, the amount will be reversed. If the amount is not reversed, please get in touch with the support team for a quick resolution.
