Corporate Fixed deposit investments can be done through the AssetPlus platform. For this, the client needs to have an account on AssetPlus and needs to complete the FD KYC process to start investing. Once the FD KYC process is completed, the client account status changes from Inactive to Ready to Invest account.
Step 1:

1. For completing the FD KYC process, go to the client's panel ---> Fixed Deposit ---> Documents ---> click on Edit to enter all the necessary details of the client. 
2. Enter all the required details which can be filled in from your end and Click on Send Approval SMS to send the link to the client. The approval link will be sent via SMS to the client's registered mobile number for verifying and completing the FD KYC process. 

The below image shows the Pop-up message that comes for confirming to send the approval link SMS to the client. Click on Send to confirm and proceed further.


Once the link is sent to the client, the account status will be changed from Inactive to Pending A from the client. 

Step 2:
The client will receive a link to the registered mobile number. Once the client clicks on the link, it will redirect to complete the FD KYC process. For completing the KYC process, the client needs to provide the following details:

a) Personal details: The personal details of the client such as Name, Date of Birth, PAN number, Email ID, Phone number, Gender, Mother's Name, Marital Status, Tax Status, and Occupation needs to be entered. Also, an ID proof such as a PAN card and a Passport size photo needs to be uploaded for processing. The image size should be less than 2MB. Once the details are entered, the client needs to verify and click on Submit


b) Address details: The client needs to enter both permanent and Corresponding address details and attach an address proof (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving license) both the front and backside of the proof need to be uploaded. And then the client needs to click on Next Step to proceed further. Like the permanent address, the correspondence address is also required. It can either be the same as a permanent address or the client can enter a different one.


c) Nominee details: The nominee details such as nominee relationship, nominee name, email Id, phone number, and date of birth of the nominee respectively needs to be entered. If the nominee is a minor, then the client needs to provide guardian details such as guardian name, mobile number, and email ID, and then click on Next step to proceed further.


d) Bank details: The bank account details such as the account number, IFSC code, and account type need to be provided and also a valid bank account proof (Passbook, Cancelled cheque, or bank account statement) where the account number, IFSC code, and the account holder's name are clearly visible needs to uploaded. After entering all the details, the client needs to click on Submit and wait for 2 - 3 mins while the page is loading. 

Once all the details are verified and the documents are uploaded, the client will receive a notification as Details Verified.

And once the verification is completed, the account status will be changed from Pending Approval from the client to Ready to Invest.
