The Partnership Firm clients can be onboarded through offline mode and start investing in the Corporate Fixed Deposits. To invest in FDs, the client needs to complete FD KYC registration. 


The following scanned copy documents are required for account creation and KYC registration. 


a. Application form of the partnership firm (enclosed)

b. PAN copy of the partnership firm

c. Registered address proof 

d. A valid bank proof such as a canceled cheque or passbook copy or latest bank account statement

e. Board Resolution letter

f.  Authorized Signatory list

g. Partnership deed

h. One recent photograph of one of the partners(only for Bajaj FD)

i. Proof of identity anyone from the following list such as valid passport, valid driving license, voter's identity card issued by election commission of India, job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government, Aadhar card and letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name, address of the customer.


All the above documents need to be self-attested by the client and sent to operations@assetplus.io 


It takes around 7- 8 working days to verify and register the FD KYC. After the KYC is registered, the client can proceed with the FD order. The payment can be done through NEFT/RTGS or cheque. Once the payment has been made, it takes around 2 - 3 working days for the allotment and the client receives an E-receipt via email from the respective provider as a confirmation.
