Portfolio Management Service (PMS) is a service offered by a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager who professionally manages funds on behalf of its clients to enable its clients to achieve their investment goals.


Resident Individual clients can be onboarded through offline mode and start investing in Portfolio Management Service(PMS). To invest in PMS, the client needs to complete the KYC and PMS account registration process.

The following scanned copy documents are required for KYC registrations.

a. PAN Card

b. Address proof( Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter's ID / Passport )

c. A valid bank proof such as a cheque copy or passbook or the latest bank account statement.

d. Photograph


After verification, the client will receive an approval link to their registered email ID. The client needs to check all the details and approve the link.


For PMS account creation and Demat account opening, the following filled forms and agreements need to be submitted.

a. POA & Account opening agreement

b. Demat Account opening form

c. Nominee Form 


All the above documents need to be self-attested by the client and sent to operations@assetplus.io 

And also, the client needs to courtier the hardcopies to SKCL Central Square II, 5th floor, Unit B-19, Part B-20 & B-21, CIPET Road, Thiru-Vi-Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032


It takes around - 5 working days to verify and open the PMS account and the Demat account. The payment can be done through NEFT/RTGS or cheque. The investment will be deployed by the portfolio manager in the market within 1-2 working days. Once the investment is made, the client will receive the confirmation at the registered email ID.

(Note: Bank detail for payment will be provided after the PMS account registration is completed)
