AUM Transfer Out is the process in which the AUM that the partner holds in AssetPlus will be moved completely to the Partner itself (Sub Broker).
Here, the partner who is the sub-broker under Asset Plus will become the main broker for his clients.
As per the centralized process for transferring the AUM, the following set of documents are to be submitted to each AMC
· Annexure 4 Declaration to be submitted by Transferee Distributor (Target ARN)
· List of the clients AMC-wise with folio details
· Banker's attestation will be required if there is a mismatch in the signature.

Once the documents are received, we'll verify them and then send them to the respective AMCs for processing.
The estimated time for the AUM transfer to be completed is 30-45 working days.
