Non-individuals (like HUF, Partnership Firms, Trust, Corporates, etc) can complete their KYC by filling out the Non_Individual_KYC_Form.pdf form as attached below.

All the documents need to be self-attested with the seal and signature


  1. KYC application form
  2. PAN copy of Trust
  3. Photograph of Trustee -1 in the application form (Annexure 2)
  4. Photograph of Trustee -2 in the application form (Annexure 2)
  5. Pan copy of Trustee 1 and Trustee 2
  6. Proof of address of Trustee 1 and Trustee 2 (Self Attested E-Aadhar)
  7. Proof of address of the Trust (Latest 3 Month’s bank statement)
  8. Certificate of Registration – GST Certificate
  9. Copy of Trust deed
  10. Authorized Signatories list with specimen signature (Trust letterhead)
  11. Board Resolution (Trust letterhead) 
  12. Shareholding Pattern (Trust letterhead) 
  13. Incorporation Certificate
  14. Copy of Last 2 Financial years Balance sheet
  15. Declaration form with seal and signature of the Trustee and Trust


Note: Please ensure that the Trust seal and Signature of Trustees are included on every page of the supporting documents and KYC application form.
