3. Photograph of Director -1 in the application form (Annexure 2)
4. Photograph of Director -2 in the application form (Annexure 2)
5. Pan copy of Director 1 and Director 2
6. Proof of address of Director 1 and Director 2 (E-Aadhar)
7. Proof of address of the Private Limited Company (Latest 3 Month’s bank statement)
8. Certificate of Registration – GST Certificate
9. MOA and AOA of Private Limited Company
10. Authorized signatories list with specimen signature (Company's Letterhead)
11. Board Resolution (Company's Letterhead)
12. Shareholding Pattern (Company's Letterhead)
13. Incorporation Certificate
14. Copy of Last 2 Financial years Balance sheet
15. Declaration form with seal and signature of the Directors and Private Limited Company
