Documents for Deletion of names of the deceased unit holders in case of death of 2nd and/or 3rd Holder:
- Transmission Request Form (Form T1 ) for Deletion of Name of Deceased 2nd and/or 3rd Holder.
- The original death certificate of the deceased unit holder, or a photocopy of the death certificate self-attested by the claimant and attested by a notary public or gazette officer.
- A new Bank Mandate Form, along with the cancelled cheques (both old and new) of the updated bank account, is required only if there is a change in the existing bank mandate (if applicable).
- Updated Nominee Form (if applicable).
