To update the primary bank account in your existing folios, please provide the following documents:


Required Documents:

  1. Bank Change Request Form (Each AMC’s) 
    • Signed by the investor (as per mode of holding – single/joint/anyone or survivor)
  2. Bank Proof (Old and New ) (any one of the following) 
    • Original Cancelled Cheque with pre-printed Name and Account number, IFSC code, Account type
    • Self Attested - Bank Passbook (front page) showing Name, Account number, IFSC, Account type with Statement (not older than 3 months) with bank seal, Signature, Employee Id, Designation and Contact details.
    • Self Attested - Bank Statement (not older than 3 months) with Name, Account number, IFSC, Account type with Statement (not older than 3 months) with bank seal, Signature, Employee Id, Designation and Contact details.
  3. Self-attested PAN Card Copy and Aadhar Card Copy

If Old Bank Account Is Closed:

Please provide any one of the following as a replacement for the old bank proof:

  • Cancelled cheque leaf (or)
  • Bank closure letter with banker’s attestation and seal, (or)
  • Latest 3-month bank statement of the old account with bank seal and Signature, Designation, Emp.ID, Contact details.

Important Notes:

  • If the new bank proof does not have a pre-printed name, it must be accompanied by a banker’s letter on official letterhead confirming account ownership.
  • In case of joint holdings, signatures of all holders are required.

Processing Timeline:

The Bank change process typically takes 8–10 working days after the documents are submitted to the respective AMCs.
