Procedure for Mapping Existing Individual EUIN to Corporate ARN

Scenario

This process is applicable when the partner working as Sub-broker code in Assetplus and wishes to map the existing Individual EUIN to the newly created Corporate ARN.

Step 1: Partner to Send Request to AMFI

The partner is required to send an email to the AMFI Unit (Enq_amfi@camsonline.com) requesting the mapping of the existing EUIN from the Individual ARN to the Corporate ARN.

Request Details:

  • Individual ARN Number
  • Existing EUIN Number
  • Corporate ARN Number
  • Name of the Corporate Entity

Step 2: AMFI Requests NOC from ValuePlus

Upon receipt of the request, AMFI will send an email to the partner seeking a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from ValuePlus Technologies.

Action Required from Partner:

The partner should forward the email received from AMFI to the AssetPlus Operations Team (mf_ops@assetplus.io) for further assistance.

Step 3: AssetPlus to Submit NOC to AMFI

Based on the request received from the partner, AssetPlus Operations Team will share  the NOC mail to AMFI, confirming that there is no objection to mapping the existing Individual EUIN to the Corporate ARN.

Step 4: AMFI Shares Annexure C

After receipt of the NOC, AMFI will share the following documents with the partner:

  • Annexure C (Enclosed)
  • Partner need to share the filled in Annexure C to AMFI Unit.

Step 5: Cancellation of ARN

The partner is required to:

  • Submit the signed Individual ARN Cancellation Form to the nearest CAMS location. The Cancellation request will be verified by the AMFI unit.

Step 6: Cancellation of Individual ARN and EUIN Registration under Corporate ARN

Once the Individual ARN is cancelled, AMFI will share the procedure for registration of the EUIN under the Corporate ARN.

The partner should complete the EUIN registration process as per the instructions provided by AMFI.

Steps for EUIN registration procedure

1. Use the following link https://amfi.camsonline.com/amfi-online/#/sessions/login and select the “Register on AMFI” tab

2. Select the category as EUIN and enter the required details such as PAN number, Email address, Mobile number (Ensure to enter the correct details as OTP will be shared to both mail id and mobile number) and select the “Get started” tab.

Note: The pan number, Mobile number and E-mail id will be masked automatically.

3. Enter the OTP received through mail and mobile number and click “Continue”.

4. You will be redirected to a screen where Photo, PAN Card and Applicant signature are to be uploaded. Ensure the documents getting uploaded does not exceed the size of 5Mb. Post Uploading select the “Continue” tab.

5. Enter the basic details like name, gender, Date of birth, address and pin-code and click “Continue” tab.

6. Enter the company details such as ARN number, Name of the organization, address and click on the “Continue” tab.

7. NISM Certificate details will be auto fetched. Enter the educational qualification and click on “Continue” tab.

8. Review the data entered and select the “Continue” tab.

9. The request will be sent to your corporate for authorization and payment. For which a confirmation message Pop’s Up. Select the “Close” tab and contact your employer for EUIN authorization and payment.

EUIN authorization and payment procedure to be done by Corporate (Both Registration and Renewal):

1. Login Using the Corporate login credentials.

2. Click Manage EUIN -> EUIN renewals/registrations all the pending entries will be shown.

3. Select the respective EUIN/s and click on “Pay now” button for payment.

4. You will be redirected to the payment page from there select any one of the available payment method (Credit card / Debit card / UPI / Net Banking) and make payment for EUIN registration/renewal.

 

Note :Once we match the credit at our end the same will be registered in 3 working days.
